• Litigate complex wage and hour class actions and individual claims against corporations and large employers

• Advise on employee misclassification, overtime violations, and other niche employment law issues • Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and trial strategy with partner mentorship

• Contribute to appeals and precedent-setting cases, including potential Supreme Court-level work

• Manage caseload in a collaborative, tight-knit team environment focused on excellence and worker advocacy

?? About you: 3-7 years of experience in defense or plaintiff-side employment law, with a passion for advocating workers' rights in wage and hour matters.
