Prevail Recruiting is looking for Senior Content Marketing Manager in Houston, TX.
This local job opportunity with ID 3700171067 is live since 2026-06-03 17:51:29.
A fast-growing plaintiff's trial law firm is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help lead, build, and execute its content strategy across digital, organic search, social, video, print, and multi-channel campaigns.
This is a hands-on content leadership role for someone who can combine strong writing, brand judgment, SEO-informed content strategy, analytics, and execution. The firm represents clients in serious matters involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, trucking and auto accidents, workplace injuries, product liability, and other high-stakes tort cases.
This is not a pure management role. The right person will be comfortable owning strategy, working closely with SEO and digital marketing, managing outside vendors, and personally writing, editing, producing, and improving content.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute a content strategy that supports brand awareness, organic growth, client engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, write, edit, and manage content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, long-form content, video scripts, social media, email, print, and other marketing channels.
- Partner closely with SEO, digital marketing, design, leadership, and outside vendors to ensure content is aligned, consistent, and performance-driven.
- Develop and manage a content calendar that keeps the firm organized, proactive, and accountable.
- Write and optimize content for search intent, local SEO, organic visibility, and emerging AI-driven search behavior.
- Use data, analytics, and performance insights to improve content quality, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Help shape the firm's voice in a serious, professional, and empathetic way for clients who are often facing difficult or life-changing circumstances.
- Manage outside content, creative, and design resources while ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Support the growth of the content function as the marketing team continues to scale.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of content marketing, content strategy, storytelling, copywriting, or related experience.
- Strong hands-on writing, editing, content planning, and campaign execution experience.
- Experience in B2C, service-based, local lead generation, healthcare, legal, agency, or other high-intent consumer marketing environments.
- Ability to collaborate with SEO teams and write content that supports organic visibility, local search, and conversion.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a forward-thinking perspective on where SEO, GEO, and content marketing are headed.
- Experience managing vendors, freelancers, agencies, or small internal teams.
- Strong brand judgment, especially around sensitive subject matter and professional service environments.
- Stable work history and a track record of taking ownership inside a growing organization.
Strong Plus
- Experience supporting personal injury law firms, plaintiff-side legal marketing, legal marketing agencies, healthcare groups, dental groups, med spas, home services, or other local service businesses.
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Experience with video content, case studies, client stories, billboards, print, or integrated brand campaigns.
- Experience working in an agency environment where you supported multiple service-based or lead-generation clients.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $100,000–$140,000, depending on experience.
- Bonus potential.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) with match.
- Paid time off.
- Life insurance, disability coverage, and additional employee benefits.
