SME Endur - Business Analyst - NGL

Overview

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst/SME specialized in Openlink Endur to support implementation and enhancement initiatives within an energy trading environment.

This role requires strong expertise across physical and financial commodities, with a critical focus on NGLs (Natural Gas Liquids) and the ability to work end-to-end within Endur.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Endur implementation and upgrade projects
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Configure and support Endur modules across the full trade lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end setup for NGLs, including:
• Deal modeling
• Scheduling / logistics
• Valuation
• Settlements
• Work closely with traders, schedulers, risk, and operations teams
• Participate in design workshops and solution architecture discussions
• Support testing, UAT, and production rollout
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+y of experience with Openlink Endur (implementation, configuration, upgrades)
• Proven expertise in energy trading, including:
• Natural Gas
• Crude Oil
• NGLs (mandatory and critical)
• Financial products
• Hands-on experience managing trade lifecycle processes (Front-to-Back)
• Ability to handle end-to-end NGL setup in Endur (deal modeling to settlements)
• Strong functional and technical understanding of trading systems
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders and IT teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenJVS, SQL, or integrations
• Exposure to logistics and physical operations for NGLs
• Previous experience in energy trading environments in Houston
