Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Preston Center office in Dallas, TX, for a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will identify and generate new sales leads, nurture relationships with prospects, and support the business development team in achieving growth objectives. Responsibilities include initiating and managing outreach efforts, qualifying leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to drive client acquisition. You will also contribute to overall sales strategies and maintain accurate records of business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Business Development experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
