About the Role
We're looking for a Content Strategist who believes great content earns a brand a place in people's lives. Not through polished campaigns, but through real, resonant stories that make someone stop, feel something, and come back for more.
This is a build role. We don't have a ready-made content machine waiting for you. You're coming in to create it. That means sourcing and building relationships with photographers, videographers, and collaborators from scratch, developing systems, and setting the strategic direction that makes it all work together. You're high-agency by nature. You see a gap and you fill it. You know how to move without a playbook because you've written a few of your own.
You're a strong storyteller with a sharp editorial eye, and you understand how platforms actually work—what formats are winning, how algorithms behave, and when to pivot. You've created content yourself, which is exactly why people trust your direction. You don't just brief from theory. You brief from experience.
