Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Tubs, Cabinets, Furniture Almost Everything! You'll have the freedom to structure your day, a steady flow of quality leads, a supportive team, and world-class training.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary + bonuses of $35,000 - $50,000/year. Healthcare, wellness, mileage, and phone stipends.

Schedule and Location

Majority time doing in-field sales; minimal remote admin work. Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends). Scheduling autonomy means you can balance work commitments with personal appointments.

Quality leads provided in our software + routing tool to help you succeed. Access to a dedicated Support Center for admin assistance. Sales training plus continual 1:1 coaching with our sales coaching team.

A Typical Day

• Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin and prep from your home
• Sales coaching and ongoing support
• Engage with the repair technicians to provide support on work assignments

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
• Professional, caring and service-minded
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
• Associates degree

Preferred Skills

• General working knowledge of property management and/or the construction industry
• 1-3 years of experience in outside sales
• Experience using CRM tools and processes
• Experience working in base + bonus environment

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
