An internationally recognized company in critical power solutions is seeking an exceptional Business Leader Americas to drive the next phase of growth across the Americas.

This Houston based leadership position requires domestic and international travel as needed and offers a unique opportunity for a commercially driven executive who thrives on building markets, developing customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering profitable growth. With full responsibility for the performance of the Americas business, you will lead regional strategy, drive commercial excellence, strengthen market position, and deliver sustainable financial results across a project and service-driven organization.

Reporting directly to the Global Managing Director and forming part of the global leadership team, you will work closely with international colleagues to translate strategy into execution while accelerating growth across key mission critical infrastructure markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance and profitable growth of the Americas business.
• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Drive sales growth across both capital projects and recurring service revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with hyperscale customers, EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and strategic partners.
• Strengthen and expand the service business through lifecycle solutions and long-term customer engagement.
• Provide leadership across sales, projects, service, and regional operations.
• Take full ownership of regional P&L performance, forecasting, budgeting, and financial results.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the business throughout the Americas while working closely with the global executive leadership team.

About You

You are a commercially minded business leader with a proven ability to grow markets and lead organization's in project and service-based environments.

You will ideally bring:

• A successful track record driving profitable sales growth and business expansion.
• Strong experience developing relationships with customers, EPCs, consultants, channel partners, and end users.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership with accountability for business performance.
• Experience leading engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or mission critical businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Experience leading high-performing teams through growth and transformation.
• Background within critical power, electrical infrastructure, industrial equipment, mission critical facilities, or closely related sectors is highly desirable.
