National Sales – Business Development Representative

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help expand our national client base, grow existing partnerships, and deliver an exceptional Guest experience from first conversation to final installation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple moving projects, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand national business opportunities
- Identify, prospect, and sign new National Sign Companies and Guests
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Manage multiple projects throughout the entire sales cycle, from estimate to final payment
- Deliver a high-level Guest experience while following company workflows and communication standards
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Design, Permitting, Production, Installation, Marketing, Accounting, Vendors & Suppliers
- Ensure project timelines are established, communicated, and met
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competition, and permitting requirements
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling
- Utilize approved electronic platforms for project management, communication, and sales reporting
- Support additional sales and operational initiatives as needed
- What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
- Experience in sales, signage, construction, branding, or project management is a plus
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and personalities
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
