We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Lead to join our fast-paced team in Irving, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven AP professional who thrives in a high-volume, multi-unit environment and is ready to take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations for multiple restaurant/business locations
• Accurately process high-volume vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment batches
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain accurate vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies
• Oversee check runs, ACH payments, and invoice coding approvals
• Assist with tracking licenses, permits, and renewals across multiple units
• Support month-end close with AP reporting, reconciliations, and audit documentation
• Communicate effectively with vendors, store teams, and internal departments
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AP workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum5 years of progressively responsible Accounts Payable experience
• Prior multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail accounting experience required
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel and AP system skills preferred
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with speed and accuracy
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
