First National Bank Texas seeks a Community Development Manager to expand our impact across Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. In this role, you will build strategic partnerships with community organizations, lead financial literacy workshops, and promote FNBT’s personal and business banking solutions to underserved markets. You’ll design outreach programs, track engagement metrics, and align efforts with CRA and community goals. FNBT offers structured training, growth into leadership, and a supportive, customer-first culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and long-term careers. Develop and execute community outreach and financial education programs in FNBT markets. Build and manage partnerships with nonprofits, schools, and local organizations. Promote FNBT’s personal and business banking solutions to underserved and emerging customer segments. Coordinate and deliver financial literacy workshops, events, and seminars. Track program performance, participation, and impact metrics; prepare regular reports. Collaborate with retail and commercial banking teams to align outreach with business goals. Support CRA-related initiatives and ensure community programs align with regulatory expectations. Manage budgets, grants, and sponsorship requests tied to community initiatives. Represent FNBT at community events, panels, and local business forums. Mentor staff involved in outreach activities and support a culture of inclusion and service.
