Brink’s is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for its transportation and warehousing operations. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and full-cycle financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and strong internal controls. The Manager partners closely with operations and logistics leaders to analyze costs, improve profitability, and support strategic decisions across secure logistics, armored transportation, and cash management services. Responsibilities include managing AP/AR and general ledger activities, supporting audits and risk management, and driving process improvements and system enhancements. The role also mentors finance staff and develops KPI dashboards that provide clear insight into performance in a mission-critical, highly regulated environment that values integrity, security, and accountability. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for transportation and warehousing operations Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Manage cash flow, cost analysis, and profitability reporting for secure logistics services Partner with operations and logistics leaders to support strategic decision-making Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities Support audits, risk management, and internal control improvements Develop financial dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership Manage and mentor finance staff, promoting accuracy and accountability Drive process improvements and support implementation of financial systems and tools Financial analysis Budgeting and forecasting GAAP accounting Financial reporting Cost accounting Cash flow management ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced Excel and data analysis Internal controls and audit support KPI and dashboard development Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPA or CMA preferred Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or warehousing finance a plus5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
