Finance Manager Automotive

In this role you will guide customers through automotive financing and insurance options, ensuring compliant and profitable deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You collaborate with sales teams to maximize profitability and maintain strong lender relationships. You will stay current on industry regulations and provide clear, transparent explanations of financial products. • Present and sell finance and insurance products (e.g., service contracts, GAP protection, maintenance plans, extended warranties)
• Structure and secure financing terms with lenders for competitive options
• Ensure deals comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Explain financial products clearly to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Review and finalize all deal paperwork for accuracy
• Collaborate with sales managers and consultants to maximize deal profitability
• Monitor performance metrics like product penetration, PVR, and finance reserve
• Maintain relationships with lending institutions and product vendors
• Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and lender programs
• Resolve customer concerns related to financing or aftermarket products

• 2-3 years of automotive F&I experience (preferred)
• Proven success in automotive sales or finance
• Strong understanding of lending practices, compliance, and dealership processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• High integrity and ethical sales practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and F&I software tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
