Business Tax Accountant - Retail

In this on-site role, you deliver full-service tax preparation and advisory for individuals and business entities at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You act as the primary relationship owner, delivering tax strategy and personal guidance while collaborating with bookkeeping specialists to cover related services. You engage with the local community to grow the client base and leverage Intuit resources to support year-round prosperity.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare federal/state business and personal returns (including 1065/1120-S) for a diverse client base
• Own the client relationship end-to-end, offering tax planning and year-round guidance
• Coordinate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to fulfill cross-functional needs while maintaining continuity
• Grow the local client base through community engagement and cross-selling of Intuit services
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person interactions and video tools
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts and act as a community ambassador

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal/state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20 clients per season
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with 30 returns per year
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor
• Experience serving small businesses with year-round tax guidance
• State licenses/certificates/bonds as required; Circular 230 familiarity
• Onsite availability at TurboTax locations; ability to work 20+ hours/week
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Comfort working in front-facing retail environment
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform
