Finance Manager, Inventory Quality Finance

In this Finance Manager role, you partner with IQ Finance to support the NA Quality team and drive financial planning, reporting, and controllership across the NACF network. You'll own planning cycles, deliver executive-ready analysis, and influence cost optimization with cross-functional stakeholders. The role emphasizes automating processes, building scalable financial models, and strengthening SOX controls. • End-to-end ownership of financial planning cycles for NACF Quality (OP1/OP2 and quarterly guidance) with variance analysis.
• Own critical reporting for quality spend and performance, including executive dashboards and cost trend analysis.
• Partner with NA Quality, AFT Finance, and NACF Central Finance to influence cost optimization and strategic priorities.
• Increase efficiency by automating standard work, shortening cycle times, and improving forecast accuracy.
• Develop scalable financial models and tooling to identify cost reductions and quantify impact.
• Use QuickSight, PowerBI, SQL, and CAMP to analyze financial and productivity results and translate insights for leadership.
• Lead controllership for network ICQA spend, including variance analysis, monthly close reviews, and SOX monitoring.
• Support ad hoc requests to the NA Quality team and external customers across the global inventory platform.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
