Global Supply Chain Finance Manager

In this role, you will lead strategic financial and operational activities for the Materials Cost Management and global supply chain teams. You'll influence cross functional decisions to align proposals with corporate policies and drive business growth. You will analyze complex operations issues, implement process improvements, and report to senior leadership. • Provide strategic financial leadership to Materials Cost Management
• Coordinate Material EACs/ETCs, sales forecasting, proposal estimates, and supplier reporting
• Ensure EVMS guideline adherence, risk analysis, and communications to senior leadership
• Collaborate with Material Estimating and cross functional leaders to align proposals with policies
• Lead recruitment, training, performance assessment, and recognition of staff
• Partner with Program Management, Operations, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain to align with policies and goals
• Analyze and resolve complex business operations issues and implement process improvements
