VP, Corporate Finance & Strategy

As VP, Corporate Finance & Strategy, you lead Corporate FP&A, Treasury, and Strategic Planning to deliver an integrated financial outlook and scalable treasury capability. You will partner with commercial finance to align enterprise performance with long-range growth plans, surfacing risks and opportunities for leadership and the board. You'll simplify planning, drive capital allocation, and steer strategic initiatives that balance current needs with long-term investments. • Own the three-statement financial model, annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range plan
• Lead a driver-based budget and forecast process with clear ownership and deadlines
• Integrate commercial performance, corporate costs, capital requirements and cash flow into a single enterprise outlook
• Provide leadership with visibility into performance, opportunities, risks, and required actions
• Lead efforts to improve Adjusted EBITDA, cash flow, and returns
• Oversee overhead and headcount planning and ensure SG&A discipline
• Build a scalable Treasury function with ownership, processes, controls, and priorities
• Manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning, revolver activity, debt, capital structure, and covenant compliance
• Cultivate lender relationships and improve working capital and banking processes
• Lead refinancing and other financing activities
• Define a framework for capital allocation across growth, maintenance, and capability investments
• Evaluate investments with financial returns, cash needs, strategic fit, and scenarios
• Lead business cases for growth, transformation, and cost optimization
• Track investment performance and apply learnings to future decisions
• Make trade-offs explicit between near-term results and long-term growth
• Connect strategy to financial plans and operating actions
• Lead monthly/quarterly PE sponsor and lender cadence
• Develop Board/investor materials with performance, outlook, liquidity, and priorities
• Translate performance and external trends into strategic implications
• Drive enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives
• Raise analytical rigor, decision support, and business partnership
• Leverage AI to boost productivity and insights quality
• Avoid over-engineering while maintaining structure and discipline
• Develop talent and foster ownership and follow-through
• Align forecasting, close, and reporting with Finance and Accounting

• Deep experience in Corporate FP&A and Treasury, including debt and capital structure management
• Experience building or modernizing Treasury capabilities, processes and controls
• Strong command of three-statement modeling, forecasting, cash flow and long-range planning
• Experience in a private equity-backed or similarly high-accountability environment
