As an Analyst I in Global Leveraged Finance, you support the origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged loans and high yield bonds for corporate and sponsor clients. You work closely with senior bankers in a fast paced environment to deliver debt financing solutions and enable event driven transactions. You will gain hands on underwriting, advisory, and market analysis experience, while collaborating across teams to drive client impact. This role blends financial analysis, client relationship work, and cross functional execution in a dynamic bank culture.

• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and underwriting materials
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including comps and capital markets trend analysis
• Support senior team in due diligence, deal documentation, and internal approvals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit & Market Risk, and Global Markets
• Participate in client meetings and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify strategic opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, credit analysis, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create compelling presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical, computational, and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
