Andy Frain Services seeks a professional Security Officer to safeguard guests, staff, and assets within hospitality and travel environments. In this front-line role, you will conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor access control and CCTV, respond to incidents and emergencies, and prepare clear incident reports. You will partner closely with hospitality teams to provide courteous, guest-focused service while enforcing safety and security policies. Provide visible security presence across hotel and travel facilities to ensure guest and staff safety Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and manage visitor and contractor entry Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, identifying and reporting safety or security hazards Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and medical or security emergencies following company protocols Operate CCTV and other surveillance systems, documenting incidents accurately and thoroughly Prepare clear written reports, logs, and incident summaries for internal and client use Support front-of-house teams with crowd control during events and peak guest traffic Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required Uphold hospitality-focused customer service while enforcing policies and procedures Adhere to all Andy Frain Services standards, training, and regulatory requirements Access control and badge management CCTV and surveillance monitoring Incident reporting and documentation Patrol techniques (foot/vehicle) Emergency response procedures Report writing and documentation Two-way radio communications Crowd control in hospitality settings Conflict de-escalation techniques Basic computer and security software use Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State Security Guard License CPR/First Aid Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred Crisis Intervention/De-escalation Training OSHA Safety Awareness Training Valid Driver’s License Background Check Clearance5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
