Andy Frain Services seeks a professional Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets at entertainment and sports venues. In this on-site role within our Security & Law Enforcement department, you will manage access control, conduct patrols, monitor crowds, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. You will enforce venue policies, complete clear incident reports, and collaborate with event staff and public safety partners. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas at entertainment and sports venues Conduct patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior Screen guests, bags, and credentials according to venue procedures Respond to disturbances, medical incidents, and emergencies Document incidents and prepare accurate, timely reports Operate radios and security systems, including CCTV when required Enforce venue and company policies while providing courteous guest service Collaborate with law enforcement and event staff as needed Follow all safety, compliance, and confidentiality standards Represent Andy Frain Services’ values of professionalism and integrity Access control Crowd management Incident reporting Patrol procedures Radio communication Surveillance monitoring (CCTV) Emergency response Conflict de-escalation Report writing Customer service Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State security guard license (where applicable) First Aid/CPR/AED certification Basic defensive tactics training Crowd management/venue security training Valid driver’s license Background check and drug screen eligibility5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
