ARAMARK is seeking a Concession Stand Worker to join our Food & Beverage Operations team. In this role, you will prepare and serve food and beverages, operate POS systems, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary concession area. You will provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment, restock inventory, and follow all food safety and company guidelines. Greet guests promptly and courteously at concession stands and service counters Accurately take food and beverage orders and answer basic menu questions Prepare and serve a variety of concession items following Aramark recipes and portion standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately Handle cash responsibly, including making change and following all cash-handling procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and guest areas Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling of products Restock food, beverages, condiments, paper goods, and other supplies as needed during and between events Monitor product levels and communicate low stock or equipment issues to supervisors promptly Comply with all company, venue, and regulatory policies, including alcohol service rules where applicable Support teammates during busy periods, assisting with prep, serving, or cleanup as directed Provide friendly, helpful customer service and resolve minor guest concerns or escalate to a supervisor when needed Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling and basic math Food and beverage preparation Safe food handling and sanitation Customer service Basic inventory and restocking Communication skills Time management in high-volume settings Teamwork and collaboration Basic cleaning and janitorial tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler’s Permit (preferred) Alcohol Server Certification where applicable (preferred) Basic customer service training5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
