Senior Business Consultant - Content & Commerce

In this role, you will lead Adobe AEM consulting engagements, focusing on delivering value through AEM, Edge Delivery Services, and ACCS. You'll act as a senior product owner and trusted advisor, guiding cross-functional teams and clients through adoption, governance, and organizational change to maximize solution value. You'll work on multi-technology, agile projects, shaping operating models and ensuring readiness before go-live. • Lead as Product Owner for enterprise projects and manage client relationships
• Apply deep expertise in AEM, EDS, and ACCS to guide best practices and delivery
• Collaborate with pre-sales on SOW review and delivery handoff to define scope
• Facilitate workshops to define objectives, KPIs, and adoption plans
• Align business and technical stakeholders, surface adoption risks early
• Analyze complex project issues and present recommended solutions
• Mentor team members and codify standard methodologies for clients and partners
• Own readiness and outcome checkpoints and ensure training/governance before go-live

• 5-10 years' experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies
• 3+ years direct client consulting experience
• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst; Scrum Master or Project Manager experience
• Knowledge of productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
• Experience with Agile Scrum, backlog management, Jira and Confluence
• Experience with enterprise software implementation
• Experience eliciting and elaborating business and technical requirements
• Experience defining interfaces, integrations, and data migrations
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating objectives into KPIs; organizational change or operating-model knowledge is a plus
• Experience leading delivery governance across stakeholders; readiness and governance activities is a plus
• Understanding of user experience design and UI development is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and superb communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team
• AEM Business Practitioner certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience
• Position may require up to 15% travel
