Lead Business Strategy

In this role, you will lead strategic work in small teams to craft actionable recommendations for AT&T's senior leadership. You will assess industry trends, technology shifts, and supplier spend to influence transformation and cost improvements. You'll provide data-driven analysis, negotiation support, and market intelligence to position AT&T for success. You'll work across cross-functional teams to design creative solutions that drive measurable operational and financial impact. • Provide thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced opportunities and challenges
• Support fact-based negotiation including industry analytics and benchmarking
• Deliver market intelligence such as M&A monitoring and supplier financial health assessments
• Develop creative, strategic solutions to transform AT&T's operations and cost structure
• Lead or support projects and present insights to senior leadership

• 5+ years in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems and translate into data-driven initiatives
• Experience working with multiple data sources to build financial and operational models
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Effective leadership and teamwork across cross-functional teams
