Andy Frain Services seeks a Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets at high‑energy entertainment and sports venues. In this Security & Law Enforcement role, you will manage access control, crowd flow, and incident response while delivering professional, customer‑focused service. Duties include patrols, bag checks, enforcing venue policies, and detailed reporting. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas at entertainment and sports venues to control access and ensure guest safety. Conduct foot patrols to identify safety hazards, suspicious activity, or policy violations and take appropriate action. Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established security and safety protocols. Provide clear, professional customer service, offering directions and assistance to guests and staff. Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in accurate, timely written reports. Coordinate with venue management, law enforcement, and emergency services when needed. Enforce venue policies, ticketing, and credential requirements while maintaining a positive guest experience. Operate security equipment, including radios, metal detectors, and CCTV systems as assigned.
