KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Inspired Vision Academy Elementary to lead daily operations, staff, and programs in our early childhood and elementary learning environment. The Site Director oversees curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, safety, and family communications while nurturing an inclusive, engaging culture for children and educators. This role manages budgets, enrollment, and staff development, ensuring high-quality educational experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in education, a passion for child development, and the ability to build trusting relationships with families, school partners, and the community.
