Business Intelligence Analyst, Google Global Infrastructure, Strategy and Operations

In this role, you design and deploy end-to-end BI solutions, from dashboards to robust data models and automated ETL pipelines. You support data integrity by validating KPIs and translating metrics into clear narratives for business stakeholders. You'll act as an AI Explorer, integrating GenAI/LLM tools to accelerate reporting and prototype data schemas. You'll work with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making at scale within Google's AI and infrastructure initiatives.

• Design and deploy end-to-end BI solutions including dashboards and reporting tools
• Develop and maintain scalable data models and automated ETL/ELT pipelines
• Validate, curate, and audit metrics and schemas to ensure data integrity and KPI alignment
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and self-serve visualizations for stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to inject GenAI/LLM tools to optimize workflows and automate code/documentation
• Deliver BI components that integrate into high-impact projects and improve analytics infrastructure
• Adopt AI tools to accelerate data pipelines, scripting, and analytics workflows

• 7 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations
• Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards
• Experience writing SQL queries

• Synthesis of complex technical insights for non-technical leadership
