PERM Endodontist - Multi-Location Opportunity (Austin & San Antonio, TX)

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join our specialty dental team serving multiple locations in Austin and San Antonio, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a consistent, flexible schedule with strong clinical and administrative support.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4 days/month in Austin + 8 days/month in San Antonio

• Clinic hours: Mon Fri 9:00 AM 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Start Date: ASAP

• Patient Load: 6 10 patients/day

• Procedures: Root canal therapy (initial and re-treats with loupes; no microscopes)

• Support Staff: 2 specialty RDAs at each site

• EMR: Echart

Location Sites:

• Austin (4 sites)

• San Antonio (8 sites)

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree and completion of an accredited Endodontics program

• Active Texas dental license in good standing

• Board Certification preferred (daily guarantee applies for BC candidates)

• Texas Medicaid credentialing (can take up to 180 days)

Compensation & Perks:

• $1,000/day guarantee or 40% production (whichever is higher)

• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between Austin and San Antonio

• Credentialing support provided

• Flexible, recurring monthly schedule
