Job Description:

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients by evaluating functional abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. The Physical Therapist will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

Requirements:

Active PT License (State or Compact)

BLS Certification

Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or outpatient settings preferred

Strong communication and patient care skills
