Encompass Health, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation, is seeking clinically driven professionals to join our award-winning rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered rehab care to individuals recovering from major illnesses and injuries. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, track outcomes, and educate patients and families. Deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care as part of an interdisciplinary team Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support recovery goals Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care Educate patients and families on recovery strategies, safety, and ongoing care needs Document patient assessments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with policy Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives Engage in ongoing training, specialty education, and professional development Contribute to a culture of compassion, respect, and patient-centered service Inpatient rehabilitation care Patient assessment and treatment planning Interdisciplinary care coordination Clinical documentation (EHR) Patient and family education Evidence-based clinical practice Time management and caseload prioritization Clinical reasoning and problem-solving Quality and safety compliance Professional communication with patients and teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active clinical license appropriate to discipline (e.g., RN, PT, OT, SLP, or similar) BLS/CPR certification ACLS or other advanced life-support certification preferred Experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, or similar setting preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
