Provide armed patrol and security services at an assigned retail site in Weslaco, Texas. Duties include monitoring access points, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, documenting activity, and following site-specific procedures. The position requires a six-month commitment to an assigned shift, with opportunities to claim additional shifts. Provide customer service while following security procedures, site policies, and emergency response requirements. Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of retail areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and the perimeter. Monitor access points and observe customer, employee, and vendor activity for unusual conditions. Escalate concerns to appropriate personnel or emergency responders. Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol observations; handle assigned equipment according to policy.
