Join Encompass Health as a Therapy Team Leader in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will lead an interdisciplinary therapy team, coordinate individualized treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based, patient‑centric rehab care. Partner closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize functional outcomes, mentor staff, and support clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead and coordinate daily operations of the interdisciplinary therapy team. Develop, review, and adjust individualized patient treatment plans. Ensure delivery of evidence-based, high-quality, and safe rehab care. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and case management on patient goals and discharge plans. Mentor, coach, and support therapists and therapy assistants. Monitor clinical outcomes and support performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and documentation standards. Assist with staff scheduling, workload balancing, and resource allocation. Participate in family education and patient counseling on therapy goals and progress. Contribute to orientation and training of new therapy staff.
