Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to deliver individualized treatment plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform wound care, and support patients through recovery from major illnesses and injuries. Document care accurately in the EHR, reinforce patient and family education, and uphold safety and infection-control standards.
