Business Analyst 2 (Pricing Analyst)

In this role you will prepare detailed quotations, analyze customer requirements, and collaborate with sales to produce accurate pricing documents. You will leverage advanced Excel and Salesforce to manage quotes, products, price books, and opportunities, ensuring consistency across materials. The position supports cross-functional teams and tight deadlines, delivering high-quality outputs. This role offers exposure to pricing strategy and data-driven decision making within a sales enablement context.

• Prepare detailed quotations using templates and pricing structures
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications to determine products and pricing
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather information for Quote preparation
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to perform calculations and analyze data
• Create and update opportunities, products, price books, and quotes within Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all quoted materials
• Communicate quote status updates with internal stakeholders

• Proven expert-level Microsoft Excel skills; VBA knowledge preferred but not mandatory
• Strong Salesforce experience (opportunity management, product catalogs, quotes)
• Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
