SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager

In this role you lead SAP compliance and security projects within PwC's Technology Consulting practice, helping clients strengthen controls and regulatory alignment. You guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and manage client accounts to deliver high-quality SAP solutions. You will drive strategic planning, leverage GRC tools, and promote innovative methods to protect data and ensure compliance. • Lead SAP compliance and security consulting to ensure regulatory alignment within SAP applications
• Analyze client needs and implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance
• Guide teams in planning and executing SAP compliance initiatives
• Develop and oversee deployment of compliance tech solutions to mitigate risk
• Coach team members and manage performance to meet client expectations
• Utilize SAP GRC tools to improve efficiency and oversight
• Build and maintain client relationships to address compliance challenges
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices across SAP compliance teams
• Address conflicts with clients/stakeholders and escalate as needed
• Uphold PwC's professional standards and independence requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 4+ years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions (auditing, advisory, implementation)
