Serve as an armed security presence at a government front desk in Houston. Greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, control access, maintain accurate records, respond to incidents, and provide professional customer service and communications. Greet visitors, employees, and members of the public while providing customer service. Verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
