Litigation Support Technologist (Federal Contract) - Houston, TX (Onsite)
Pay: 45-55 hr
Location: 1000 Louisiana Street, Houston, TX 77002
Schedule: Full-time, onsite
Contract: Base year + option years (multi-year federal contract)

Key Responsibilities
As a Litigation Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing electronic discovery and trial preparation:
  • Process, manage, and maintain electronically stored information (ESI) from multiple sources (relators, defendants, third parties, experts)
  • Build and maintain document review databases; load image, native, and text files for case team use
  • Prepare and distribute ESI in reviewable formats and for production to opposing counsel
  • Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, and legal staff to understand case strategy and technical needs
  • Analyze litigation support requirements and recommend effective eDiscovery strategies
  • Conduct document review, create and run queries, and tag responsive materials
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy in data processing and production
  • Generate complex productions (e.g., Bates stamping, redactions, load files) in compliance with specifications and deadlines
  • Prepare trial materials including charts, graphs, timelines, exhibits, and multimedia presentations
  • Provide onsite courtroom and deposition support, including managing exhibits and presentation technology
  • Install, test, and maintain litigation support equipment and software
  • Organize and index evidence for hearings, trials, and depositions
  • Produce polished legal documents integrating data from multiple software platforms
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm, government, or litigation support environment
  • Strong experience with eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, CaseMap, Nuix, LAW PreDiscovery, or similar)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
    • Presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, OnCue)
    • Video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Pinnacle Studio, or similar)
  • Experience managing large volumes of ESI
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with proven quality control capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications or business training a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Relevant experience may substitute for formal education
