Job Description

Small insurance defense firm looking for self-motivated, experienced lawyer who will primarily be responsible for working cases up, to include drafting and reviewing discovery, taking and presenting depositions, including experts, attend hearings and all other matters that are involved in civil litigation. Docket includes complex trucking cases, premises liability cases, motor vehicle cases and construction cases. Generally looking for a lawyer with 3-7 years of experience. Salary discussed with applicant but competitive in the marketplace.
