Finance Attorney

In this role, you advise lenders and borrowers on commercial loans, collaborating with cross-industry clients from healthcare, energy, and real estate. You will handle heavy deal flow across finance-related transactions, including M&A and real estate/Private equity finance, contributing to a prominent national law firm's finance practice. You'll join a team that offers mentorship from a finance partner and substantial compensation with clear partnership potential. • At least 2 years of prior finance law experience
• Experience with regional and national banks and other finance institutions
