Jobot is seeking a Sr. Attorney to lead complex legal matters for our fast-growing, tech-enabled recruiting and staffing firm. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and business teams, handling contract negotiation, risk assessment, compliance, and dispute management across professional, scientific, and technical services clients. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, guide policy development, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enable growth while protecting the business. This position suits a business-minded lawyer who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative, and tech-forward environment. Provide strategic legal counsel on contracts, risk, and compliance for a national recruiting and staffing business. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and partners. Manage and resolve disputes, including pre-litigation strategy and coordination with outside counsel. Advise leadership on regulatory and employment-related risks within professional, scientific, and technical services. Develop and refine legal policies, templates, and best practices to support scalable growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, HR, and finance to enable business objectives. Conduct legal research and prepare clear, practical guidance and training for internal teams. Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting recruiting, staffing, and data/privacy practices.
