Overview
We have several opportunities available in Manor, TX in Quality Control for a manufacturing and logistics company. These are 12 hour shifts with pay rates in the $19-20/hr range. Below is a breakdown of the shifts available:
D Shift

• Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Individuals will be responsible for:

• Inspecting and measuring built products to ensure accurate dimensions
• Documenting inaccuracies and suggesting corrective measures
• Using specialized tools for inspection
• Participating in ISO audits
• Communicating with the Production department
• Review Specifications, standards, and/or test plans of customer designs, and report feedback to the management.
• Give feedback to the Production department regarding any errors or non-conformances in the assembly process verbally or through written documentation

Skills and Experience

• Experience in wood product manufacturing
• Prior hands on Quality Controls experience
• Knowledge of inspection planning and processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications - Must have
• Must wear steel toe shoes/boots and other required personal protection equipment. (we provide safety vest and safety glasses.)
• Proficient in the MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn proprietary software.
• Ability to use measurement instruments and testing tools (i.e., measuring tape, calipers, etc.).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background check
• Must pass pre-employment drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
