Take your quality expertise to the next level in a hands-on industrial environment! We're seeking a
detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to perform inspections and support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives in a fast-paced powder coating facility.
What You'll Do- Inspect standard parts, equipment, and materials for compliance with quality standards
- Verify surface preparation and coating applications (thickness, adhesion, finish) using visual checks, MEK Solvent Rub Tests, and Cross-Hatch adhesion tests
- Produce accurate quality inspection reports and document results
- Perform periodic audits to ensure standards are maintained
- Assist with EHS functions and compliance initiatives as directed
- Work in a hybrid office and plant environment
• Qualifications- 2+ years of quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred but not required
