Position Overview
HMC is seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President to join its Capital Formation team, focused on sales and distribution. This role will support the firm’s global fundraising efforts across its alternative investment strategies, including commingled funds, co-investments, and direct transactions.
The individual will work closely with senior distribution leadership and investment professionals to originate and grow institutional investor relationships, articulate HMC’s investment strategies, and advance opportunities through the full fundraising lifecycle. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on sales execution, relationship development, and new AUM generation.
While prior experience in institutional capital formation is valued, HMC will also consider candidates from adjacent roles who demonstrate strong commercial instincts, communication skills, and a clear desire to build a career in institutional sales and private markets fundraising.
