The Solutions Architecture function leads one or more workstreams in complex enterprise client engagements, partnering with key collaborators to drive and achieve the vision while completing key deliverables.
The Senior Principal Solutions Architect provides hands‑on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and/or technical knowledge, Dun & Bradstreet solutions knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer return on investment.
The Senior Principal Solutions Architects apply hands‑on experience with modern data, analytics, AI, and cloud technologies—including building AI‑driven, agentic, and automated solutions—to design and deliver scalable architectures that demonstrate the value of D&B data across diverse client use cases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years prior experience in leading architecture and implementation of enterprise‑scale integration solutions composed from a diverse range of technologies, integration patterns, approaches and deployment models.
- Industry specific domain knowledge applied to tangibly increasing the value of a solution implemented for a client.
- Deep understanding of modern technical architecture, including cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Proficiency in data integration using and deploying APIs.
- Hands‑on expertise with modern data, analytics, and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Hands‑on expertise architecting AI/ML, agentic, and automated solutions (LLMs, RAG, MCP, agent frameworks, workflow automation) at enterprise scale.
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Willing to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
- Possesses excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills.
- Shows an ownership mindset: problem‑solver, curious, proactive, collaborative.
- Continuous growth mindset, learns through social experiences and mentor relationships and expands competencies through courses and programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications at the Professional or Specialty level (AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
- AI/ML or specialty certifications (AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer, Databricks ML Professional).
- Data management, integration, or governance certifications (DAMA‑CDMP, MuleSoft, Snowflake).
Responsibilities
- Drive significant business outcomes for client by enabling them to optimize their adoption of Dun & Bradstreet solutions across their ecosystem and complex integration landscapes.
- Translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions.
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client’s current and desired end states.
- Interact with client product owner, business process owner and technical resources to understand requirements, analyze information, and craft comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of typical business challenges or common objectives faced by clients within the industry.
- Support paid services engagements, delivering clear and compelling design documentation to enable customer implementation success.
- Define and architect AI‑driven, agentic, and automated solutions at enterprise scale; provide hands‑on technical leadership in prototyping, validating, and developing reference architectures.
- Apply broad hands‑on expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data, analytics, and visualization tools to architect and deliver complex, multi‑domain client solutions.
