Director, Legal & Compliance – Nonprofit (Austin)

Charles Schwab is seeking a Director, Legal Counsel for DAFgiving360. You will lead legal matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for the donor-advised fund program, reporting to DAFgiving360 and working with Schwab's teams.

The role requires a law degree, 10–15+ years in legal/compliance in financial services or nonprofit sectors, strong leadership, and ability to manage multiple initiatives, with mastery of MS Office.
