TCG Direct-hire team is seeking an agency experience, Media Executive to oversee a continuously growing department of 20+ individuals. The ideal candidate must be innovative, data driven, and passionate about digital media. They will oversee all digital media initiatives to execute in multiple channels in both DTC and brand building environments. This will include communicating and negotiating with clients and publishers to ensure seamless execution of all media investments.The main focus is on digital media but will also require prior experience with all traditional media channels. The Media Executive will set the tone for all internal media teams including paid search, paid social, displayprogrammatic, print, TVradio, OOH and direct mail. Key skills Forecast, manage and optimize large, multi-million-dollar budgets across channels to meet the performance goals of clients Advise teams on overall media strategy, media mix, internal goal setting and client KPIs Advise on test plans and new media formats to drive an ongoing commitment to testing Continuously support innovation provide recommendations on new technology and analytics tools to ensure we're efficiently improving the effectiveness of media in all market channels Quickly mitigate and communicate key brand issues that surface, to ensure all of the client's needs are met Lead by example on best practices for the Media group and develop new processes to encourage efficiency and an adaptive culture Understand and adhere to FTC, industry, client and agency guidelines related to the proper use of media and appropriate disclosure practices Experience needed for consideration 10+ years as a Marketing Advertising Specialist, preferably last 5 years in upper-level management for an Agency Proven experience working on multi-million dollar campaigns Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics and other platform tools Familiarity of programmatic landscape (DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, Ad Networks, View-ability, RTB, etc.) Understanding of ad traffickingtracking processes and platforms Understanding of the uses and benefits of various digital media channels (Display, Video, Mobile, SEM, Social, Email, etc.) Passionate about media planning and buying across all mediaDigital Media Campaigns, Display Media, Digital Media Campaigns, Media Agency, Media Buying, Media Campaigns, Global Media Group, Digital Media, Digital Media Planning, Media Development, Media Marketing, Media Outreach, Media Planning, Media Strategy, Leadership, Buying Processes, Programmatic Buying, Campaign Planning, Display Advertising, Display Advertising, Display Campaigns, Pop Displays, Paid Media, Paid Advertising, Optimize Paid Search
