Hospitality for Night of Artists 2026 FRIDAY

This opportunity is for Friday evening**

The Briscoe Western Art Museum is excited to share some new opportunities to help make our annual art sale, Night of Artists, even more magical.

Do you like being social and interacting with guests? We would love to have you help show glamourous guests the way around during the party of the year.

Date: Friday, March 27th, 2026

We would love for 20 volunteers to assist as:

Greeters: Welcome guests as they arrive

Goodie Bag Distributors: Help hand out goodie bags to guests

Way Finders: assist guests with directions throughout the museum. Located on the ground floor at the REGISTRATION STATION, on the 2nd floor & 3rd floor of the museum.

Door holders: Will be located at the ground floor entrance, and the 2nd and 3rd floor skybridges.

You will be assigned a position when you check in at 4:00pm.

We encourage business casual but you can also show your western flair.

You will be standing so please dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes.

Have fun while assisting all guests!

These are all low impact, easy and casual commitments.

All volunteers receive free parking.
