DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: The AHFH Director of Real Estate Development & Acquisitions will collaborate closely with the Chief Impact Officer, the Construction Division, and the Grants Manager to plan and develop AHFH home sites. Responsibilities will include analyzing properties and researching potential neighborhoods, negotiating property purchases, coordinating development teams, overseeing site development, negotiating contracts, and managing projects for single-family homes and denser housing models (such as multi-family condominiums and row homes). Additionally, the Land Acquisition Director will be responsible for producing pro formas, developing real estate budgets, and conducting feasibility analyses for property sites.
