Year Up United seeks interns for our Sales Operations & Analytics Training Program within the Education & Training industry. In this internship, you’ll support pipeline tracking, reporting, and data analysis to help refine employer partnerships and program growth strategies. Responsibilities include updating CRM data, building dashboards, preparing performance reports, and supporting process improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to impact-focused sales operations, and develop practical analytics skills in a mission-driven, inclusive, and learning-oriented environment focused on advancing economic mobility for diverse young adults. Participate actively in instructor-led and project-based learning focused on sales operations and analytics fundamentals Support basic CRM data entry, data hygiene, and maintenance of sales or outreach records under supervision Assist in creating and updating simple reports and dashboards to track pipelines, employer engagement, or program metrics Analyze basic datasets in spreadsheets to identify trends and summarize key insights for staff and stakeholders Help prepare contact lists, outreach materials, and follow-up tracking for partnerships and employer relationships Contribute to documenting processes, checklists, and workflows that support program and internship operations Collaborate with peers on group projects, presentations, and problem-solving activities related to sales operations scenarios Demonstrate professional behaviors including punctuality, communication, teamwork, and accountability throughout the program Participate in coaching, mentoring, and feedback sessions to continuously improve technical and professional skills Support occasional events or activities that connect participants with employers, alumni, or community partners Sales operations fundamentals CRM usage and data entry Basic data analysis Spreadsheet proficiency (Excel or Google Sheets) Introductory business intelligence/reporting Data visualization basics (charts, tables) Pipeline and forecasting support Process documentation Professional communication Presentation skills Time management Team collaboration Problem solving Attention to detail Basic understanding of employer partnerships Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated interest in business, sales, or data-related fields Basic comfort with spreadsheets and digital tools Willingness to commit to a full one-year training and internship program Eligibility to participate in Year Up United programs as defined by the organization5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
