Jobot is seeking a Partner to help lead and grow our Professional, Scientific & Technical Services recruiting practice. In this senior role, you will build and manage a portfolio of client accounts, develop new business, and oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-level professional roles. You will collaborate with a high-performing team, leveraging Jobot’s proprietary AI tools and data-driven strategies to deliver exceptional hiring results. The Partner will mentor recruiters, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue while maintaining a consultative, people-first client and candidate experience. Lead and grow a recruiting practice focused on professional, scientific and technical services clients Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and consultative sales Oversee full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized roles Leverage Jobot’s AI tools and data to improve sourcing and placement quality Mentor and coach recruiters to achieve performance and growth targets Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and revenue planning Negotiate client contracts, fee structures, and key hiring agreements Monitor market trends to advise clients on talent strategies Ensure a high-touch, people-first experience for clients and candidates Full-cycle recruiting Business development and sales Client relationship management Negotiation and closing Talent market research Use of ATS/CRM systems Data-driven recruiting and reporting Contract and fee negotiation Team leadership and mentoring Strategic account planning Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional recruiting certification (e.g., AIRS, NAPS CSP) preferred Sales or account management certifications a plus Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue and placement targets5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
