Bus Aide/Monitor - Transportation

ROLE AND PURPOSE

Ensure safety and a positive conduct of Special Programs students who ride a district school bus. Assist any student with special needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Certification/Education: High School diploma or GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to work well with children
• Ability to follow verbal or written instructions
• Knowledge to communicate effectively (verbally)
• Ability to lift, carry, maneuver, etc., when working with special needs of students
