Oracle Finance Senior Consultant

In this role you support Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, helping clients define cloud strategies and design processes that drive value. You'll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and lead transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making. The role sits within a team delivering cloud-enabled business optimization and enterprise-scale ERP projects. • gather requirements and design business processes for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• drive fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, and configuration
• support testing, training, and post-go-live activities
• develop current-state and future-state process designs and identify efficiency and controls improvements
• prepare project deliverables and coordinate workstreams across project phases
• contribute to internal business development activities such as proposals and pursuit materials
• mentor and coach junior team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration

• 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 3+ years implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules
• experience documenting requirements, fit-gap, process design, and conference room pilots
• ability to travel 50% on average
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
